Right of Withdrawal – 14 Days
Consumers who purchase products online have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of product receipt, without the need for providing any justification, pursuant to European rules incorporated into the State of Romania. European Union
2. Return Conditions
To be accepted, the product must be:
- Integrate, unused and uninstalled.
- With Original packaging and outer box intact.
- Complete with all original accessories and documentation.
The return It may be refused if the product shows signs of use not compatible with normal inspection or is damaged. In case of damage during transport, the customer can Refuse delivery or, in case of acceptance, indicate the following wording on the courier's receipt “collar with reservation of verification” and specify if the neck is damaged or intact.
3. Shipping Costs
The return shipping costs are charged to the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing at the time of purchase. The refund of the amount paid will be processed once the returned product has been received and verified.
4. Returns Procedure
To request a return, the customer must send an email to returnate@climacomfortitalia.com With the following attachments and information:
- Clear photos of the product (showing any defects or current condition).
- Delivery document / receipt.
- Applicant's phone numbers.
- Order holder information.
- Reason for return.
5. Confirmation and Support
After receiving the return request with all the information indicated above, our Customer Support will contact the customer to confirm the return authorization and provide instructions on the procedure to follow.
6. Refund Times
The refund will be issued within the terms of the law from the reception and verification of the returned product, according to the original payment method, unless otherwise specified.
